Azul de Cortés
Just 18 kilometres
from the town of
La Paz, Azul de Cortés will be the first residential resort
and golf course on the coast of the Sea of Cortés, or Gulf of California, in the
Mexican State of Baja California Sur. Priority will be given to developing the resort
in keeping with the natural features of the site and the surrounding countryside.
The design and planning of the Azul de Cortés development is based on a deep understanding
of the area, its geography and relevant regional considerations.
Driven by our desire to create a product that meets the requirements and needs of
the site as well as the owners' expectations, a flexible working system has been
set up with the aim of encouraging interaction between those involved and of creating
an environmentally friendly, high-quality, urban product.
